Excellent experience! Dr. Stephanie Fox was wonderful, as was my Technician (also named Stephanie). The Front Desk team was very welcoming upon arrival and super helpful during check-out. The entire team at this facility is top-notch. I put off getting my eyes checked for several years due to medical anxiety, but this facility was so patient-focused, I was quickly put at ease. I will definitely go back as needed!

I can't recommend Severna Park Eye Care enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We've been coming here for over 4 years, and we've never had a bad experience. Dr. Brown is fantastic and was especially great when my son started wearing contacts. Scheduling an appointment is super easy, with plenty of availability. Ordering glasses and contacts is a breeze too, and they really work hard to get you the best deal, whether through insurance or rebates. Truly the best around!

Great experience, everyone from front desk to the techs and doctor were amazing and so friendly! Appointments were on time and quick. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed to find new glasses, and when I did find a pair they made that process super easy as well. Would definitely recommend!

Estee was very nice , kind and eager to help . She was so friendly and just a joy. Other employees didn’t even ask if we needed help. They weren’t even doing anything. But Estee was busy and still was kind and attentive. Took us right away and gave us a great experience. Dr. Tu was great was us as well.

Had a fabulous experience! I saw Dr Henriksen who was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained what was causing my poor vision, what would need to be done to fix it and gave me a referral. My husband, who was in the waiting room, said he was impressed just by watching the level of customer service. What shocked me - yes, shocked - was due to the problems I was having, new glasses would not help but he did not try to get me new frames or spend extra on "their" contacts. How refreshing that was. The only negative part of the experience was finding that Dr Henriksen is leaving the practice but he DID mention another with whom he thought I would like so I will definitely be looked at Severna Park Eye Care as my "place to go".

BLOWN AWAY!!!!!!!!The customer service here is absolutely earth moving! Go see the team here, small business feel in a huge building! Went waaaay above and beyond. I thought I would have to fight to get what I wanted, and it was offered before I Could even raise an eyebrow key alone my tone. Customer for life right here!!!!

Was seen after a short wait for some initial testing, followed by some testing by the doctor. All was great. Returned Lester in the day with my wife to pick out new glasses… all went well. Received courteous assistance to fit my new glasses and complete my purchase.

The optometrist was knowledgeable and patient with me while determining the best lenses to fit my unique needs. When choosing the frames, the woman who helped me was very helpful and positive as I searched for the best frames to fit my lifestyle and budget. Everyone was professional and helpful.

We just visited Severna Park Eye Care for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed! They offer many affordable frame options and luxury brands at a decent price. Everyone here is so friendly and personable. We had a great experience from start to finish. Christina greeted us and quickly got us through the paperwork and check-in process. Stacey and Ashleigh were our technicians; they were both excellent and knowledgeable. Dr. Tu was fantastic! She was very thorough and addressed our concerns. Finally, Bri was wonderful! She was so helpful in picking out the right frames and lenses. We are very happy with this experience and look forward to returning next year!

Always very friendly and helpful. Doctor performed a thorough exam and asked if there was any questions at the end of the examination. Went over photos of the inner eye and explained any findings. Large selection of frames from multiple manufacturers. Been going to Severna Park Eye Care for 15 years.

Absolutely the most comprehensive eye examination I've had in over 25 years. Dr. Council and her assistant were very patient and sent sufficient time to discuss my concerns and offer recommendations which were supported by up-to-date medical research.
